Your role: Help your candidate prepare using this Two Minute Drill. Key areas: their professional background, their local market, and their decision-making timeline.

Due Diligence Period
Both parties decide whether to engage in full due diligence. The candidate receives all materials, reviews them at their own pace, and has the opportunity to ask detailed questions. No pressure or deadline imposed at this stage.
Your role: Stay engaged. This is when candidates become uncertain — your job is to help them think clearly about fit, not to push them forward.

FDD Delivery & Review
The Franchise Disclosure Document is provided. Candidates must be given a mandatory review period (per FTC rules) before signing anything. HA-AI actively encourages candidates to review the FDD with an independent franchise attorney.
Your role: Encourage the full review period and an attorney. This protects everyone and builds trust in the process.

Agreement Signed & Onboarding Begins
